Exercise Classes

Seniors In an Exercise Class

Classes are offered weekly on select mornings in the Activity Room. All classes are 40-minutes in length. Cost is $3 per class, per day. A 10-class package is also available for $20. An Activity Room Membership is required to participate in exercise classes.

  • Chair Yoga - Use breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to improve your health and happiness.
  • Balance and Flow - Tai Chi based class - Graceful form of exercise that involves a series of movement performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
  • Zumba Gold - Focus on balance, range of motion and coordination in this modified form of Zumba that recreates original choreographed moves at a lower-intensity.
